Luxe Escapes & Co is excited to help you curate the ultimate travel experience for your group! Planning a group travel experience can be stressful and requires careful attention to detail. We're here to plan and deliver a trip for you and your group that's based on our social groups and retreat itineraries adapted to your needs, or something completely custom. The trip can be guided by a host or experienced on your own.

1. Schedule a 30-minute telephone consultation or in-person meeting so that our team can get to know you and your expectations for your group trip. This meeting will cover our full-service booking, marketing materials, motorcoach and airfare, transportation on location, inclusive tours, meals, Luxe staff traveling with your group, and much more.

2. Discuss Luxe's Commission and Incentive Program. Commissions will be determined, based on the package and assistance needed for your group.

3. Luxe will handle the logistics of scheduling, entertainment, decorations and executing every aspect of your trip. From creating flyers and hosting your first introductory meeting to booking dining and spa reservations & each of your guests into your trip, Luxe is with you, from beginning to end.

4. Depending on your needs throughout your trip, Luxe can provide up to two Luxe staff members to travel with your group of 25 guests. When we travel with your group, we take care of ALL OF THE DETAILS allowing you to relax and enjoy the trip.

About our Research & Design Fee

Our research and design fee are tailored to your trip's specifics, including proximity to departure, group size, itinerary complexity, and the number of itinerary revisions requested. We’ll discuss and finalize the fee during our consultation call to ensure it aligns with your expectations and you won’t have any surprises down the line. Planning Service Fee starts at $200 per trip to move forward on planning your getaway. Once the trip is booked your fee will be applied to your trip total cost. Our goal is to create a memorable travel experience and relieve you of the legwork involved in vacation planning. Within five business days of submitting the service fee, we will present you with our research. including hotel options, possible tours, transportation coordination and a draft of your itinerary.
