Q) How Does Booking Through You Work? 

A) Easy. The first step is to fill out a travel quote form and request a consultation. Once we receive your basic information, you will receive a  confirmation email. We will then contact you within 24-72 hours to collect more information; if necessary, we will process your planning deposit of $50 or $100 and present you with several options based on your preferences. Once you’re ready to book your vacation, you’ll be sent several  documents you’ll need to fill out and submit back. We’ll then collect any necessary credit card payments and process  them through the supplier. Once your vacation has been paid, we’ll send you your travel documents.

Q)Can you help me with any destination?

A)Yes, we cover the globe and can assist you no matter where you need to go.

Q) Can you help me with multiple destinations?

A)Yes, we can design a made for you multi-destination itinerary.

Q) When will I receive my itinerary?

Our promise to you is that you will hear from your dedicated travel designer and will receive an initial draft of your tailor made daily travel plan within 48 hours or less.

A)Yes, we work with professional management companies to source private Villas. We can book any hotel, b&b or resort anywhere in the world. 

Q) Will I be able to access my itinerary offline and/or while on my trip?

A)Yes, you will be able to save your itinerary as a pdf file to store on your phone or computer. You will be able to access your itinerary through a mobile application which features live updates. 

Q) What if I find cheaper prices elsewhere on the web?

A)It is rare that you’ll find a cheaper price for exactly the same product. Often times we have access to exclusive rates, perks and benefits through our networks. However, should you find a cheaper rate just let us know as we can almost always match it. 

Q) How do I know that your advice is unbiased?

A)We provide you with the best options according to your style and preferences with your budget in mind so you can decide what is best for you. The decision is always yours. If you don’t like our recommendations we go back and provide you with more until you are satisfied.

A) In the majority of cases, my service doesn’t cost my clients a dime. I get paid a commission from hotels, resorts, cruise lines and rental cars for booking your travel. 

Q) But Doesn’t That Mean I’ll End Up Paying More to Use You? 

A) Not at all! The prices I quote you will never be inflated because of my commission. In fact, you will often save money. 

Q) Do I Need To Pay for My Trip Up Front? 

A)There is a non-refundable and non-transferrable planning deposit that will be applied to your trip at the time of booking. 

Q) Do I Have to be Worried About You Going Out of Business After you Booked my Vacation? 

A) Because all payments are made directly to the suppliers, be it a hotel, resort, cruise line or airline, you never need to  worry about losing your money should something unfortunate happen to me. 

Q.) Do you offer special packages for special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays?
A.) Yes, we specialize in planning special occasion trips, including anniversary and birthday celebrations. We can arrange unique experiences and surprises to make your milestone memorable. 

Q) Do you plan Destination Weddings? 

A) Yes!  LUXE Escapes and Co. can provide the entire destination wedding planning service for a fee. A questionnaire and consultation would be required to ensure we understand your vision and make your destination wedding dreams come true.
